For what reason, noone knows. I guess some people get excited by this kind of thing. Personally, it makes me sick.
So, I suggest everyone change their passwords, just incase you were online at the time and they managed to hack yours.
If you cant get in (they changed it), just use the Forgot Password option, or email me.
Sorry folks, we're looking into the hacking situation now.

| Posted : Sunday, December 8, 2002 - 11:25 Did they actually break into the waronline BOX, or just into the DNS and reroute where www.waronline.net pointed?
I was still able to log on waronline even after seeing the 'we own your box blah blah' message. I went to www.waronline.net/main.asp and went to the regular login screen.
There's a major difference between breaking into the box holding the game, and changing the DNS. |

| Posted : Monday, December 16, 2002 - 18:40 TYhanks to this rediculous situation ive been quicked out and could not get back in for weeks!!!!!what the...no cursing.well this is the second game ive lost thanks to server problems.........frustrating and unfair......does anybody here know i have not gotten through ONE solid game!And no i havent lost ive been quicked out each and every time.any suggestions? |

May the long arm of the law catch the hackers!! unfortunetly hackers think they r so smart when they r not they destroy someone elses work. and i hope req keeps up all his great work. |
