Hi ,just a suggestion , would it be interesting to have a agreed all round Nap for say ,maybe 40 turns .If this is (or not ) of interest to you then please enter/leave campaign and feel free to make suggestions before the game starts .

I'd be happy to join a game with a 40 turn NAP, it would be holy heck on turn 41!

You'd have to have a way to keep people from fighting over shared resource buildings, though. Watching someone get a 40 turn tribute lead wouldn't be so good.

An agreement to not take over any resource but gold, so the only judge of merit is the carnage, would resolve that issue.

Well maybe just the resources on your own turf,deadland,ice etc. would be ok ,any resources on neutral ground would be fair game ,you just have to get to it first.

Again, resources are for sissies...base it on the fighting, make it last man standing.

ok UB we can try that , but what about if theres gold mines in neutral lands ? that would cause confrontation.

The whole idea of a bunch of agreements doesn't appeal to me at all. So in all fairness, if that's the way it's going to go, count me out.

Hitme, you misunderstand me, gold is good, everything else is a waste.

Also, I scarcely remember(maybe I am remembering incorrectly) that elimination makes it so the game is ranked based on battle only and not tribute/resources.

I did understand ya UB , I was just concerned it would be a cause for people to fight for odd gold mines that aren't clearly their property ...
Anyway maybe trotskys right ,and this would be too complicated to carry out ,for now.
Hopefully this has offered some food for thought.

I guess this campaign had better just run it's course as it naturally should for now . But this topic could be a platform for organizing games in the future

what about if I started a 4 player campaign ,40 turn nap, shoot to kill policy on players who encroach on your terrain . would anyone be interested in that.

How about nobody takes anything? The spoils would be there waiting when the 40 turns were up. Anybody breaking the 40 turn NAP would get gangbanged to an early demise.

Uh, what are the rules?

I'd have to start a new campaign with players that are aware of whats happening . If campaign 6520 starts it'll just be a normal game..I haven't had a game running myself for over a week now .
If anyone wishes to state here if they are interested in a game and I can start a passworded campaign catering for that amount of players.

edit- I've just noticed that campaign has now gone .
