In camp 5693,there is a pile of gold behind a quarry,2 open spaces on both sides of it,but the game will not let me get to it. It's blocking me,even though there is nothing on the map showing any obstacles. It's happen in a few other camps also.

Yeah, there's a couple of weird spots on a couple of maps. Use a catapult if you can't get a melee troop to it.
