I'm tired of reading "and the camera/other equipment had difficulties/broke/something similar". Figure it out, damn. Why not send several divers down with several cameras for video and still shot. Then, at least one better freaking work.

There are also skid marks on the seafloor suggesting it has been dragged there or caused those skid marks by itself. The object is belived to be very old.
