Why LOD why!? Dont remind us of how awesome those days were!

He got off his horse and walked up to the old commander of the AAA alliance. "I offer you my sword, General", BigAMigo said as he handed LOD the handle of his blood stained Saber. "Your forces have fought well and FSA can no longer oppose you. We ask that you allow us to withdrawl back to our lands and we can cease this war and let peace again reign between our borders."

Is classic WoL still operational? Can we get a game going?

It really isn't. We tried, it is just too long left unhealed and it also used the old system of who got into camps, based on rank, so it is even worse trying to get a game going.

I just got back from seeing Reignwolf at the Neptune Theater here in Seattle. What a great show! I advise those of you who like guitar playing to check them out.

well i got my first electric guitar this christmas , so i guess i should CHECK IT OUT !!!! lol

What make did you get? I have a Stratocaster I bought new in 1989, made in Japan, a really wonderful instrument.

It's purely just a starter for me , not really worth me going upstairs to get the name , second hand from a close friend ,hardly used ,enough to get a taste for it .

thanks mog ,great advice i know. i find 'Marty schwarts ' on utube is fantastic for inspiring new ideas when you feel like your in a rut.

There are a ton of amazing tutorials on YouTube, wish I had them when I was 18!

My advice: use all your fingers and all the frets, learn to hold a pick and strum, play a little every single day and learn your blues and other scales. That's 45 years of advice there.

Making progress?

sorry been off wol for two nights due to a mysterious failure of downstairs power sockets .... now identified and rectified ..... reason- my attempts at putting a shelf up 2 years ago , i just managed to pierce the live wire , with a screw , and it's only just manifested it's self .
mog - just getting used to power chords at the moment .
