It's only April 24th and for 2 days I haven't been able to move any troops. What's going on?

I seem to be having trouble with the map most of the time it is whited out at the bottom of screen once in awhile the button is there and I can move my troops then

Can you try using a different browser and seeing if that helps? Also, this isn't the appropriate forum for this question, it should go in bug reports.
