For some reason we were all signed up for a 3 on 3 battle with TRK...Everyone was ready to go but hanky... But for some reason Hanky wouldn't join in and now the other TRK members have bowed out... So the MERCENARIES are putting out a challenge... If any other clan would like to participate in a 3 on 3 clan war, please let us know... And please make sure you have three ACTIVE members...

I have talked to laur and we both agreed that we would only play in eithera 4vs4 or a 5vs5. A game with 3vs3 is simply not balanced enough to be a clan game because to much emphasis is being put on position. Laur is on vacation for now and is able to start the game 8 days from now. By then you could have seizetheday ready to play for you as well

lol...no need to pick our players... i don't see anything wrong with a 3 on 3 clanwar... i personally don't like fill ins or to put a new member into a clanwar against a top rated clan like TRK... you have hanky, motrok, nodavo, and laur.... and you think we should put a new member in? lol...how much for the brooklyn bridge again?

the last time we had a fill in (Raag) he mysteriously disappeared a few turns into the game...which left us a man down and gave a free castle to the enemy... it seemed rather odd... especially after being so anxious to join us... he missed out on victory as well!

i don't see anything wrong with a 3 on 3 game...how is it not balanced...its 3 vs 3!

Hanky means that 3v3s between relatively balanced teams go to the team with the better starting position, unlike 4v4s or larger where that happens less.

Though it can happen with the RvBs, for example, I got buried beneath two teammates in a corner, and I was useless for quite a few turns.

Perhaps having fixed starting positions on dedicated team games would be an idea.

no matter what size war you set up, there will always be a favorable starting position... if its a 4 on 4 one person could be surrounded by three enemies... same with 5 on 5...

the swirls of time map has six positions centered in the map... if one clan has an opponent sandwiched...so will the other...

Once again... The Mercenaries challenge any clan to a 3 on 3 clanwar...

any clan with 3 active players is welcome...

The Swirls of Time map doesn't really work very well for team games IMO. It ends up being 3 individual battles with not very much team interaction.

1) if you double turn...don't cry when it happens to you!

2)if someone is going to be away for more than a day or two, please let the other clan know who will be making their moves... i have no problem with someone filling in for their clanmate... but if it is for more than two turns it should be announced... and i suggest it be a fellow clan member...
