In my campaign 22498 i want to transfer my troops towards eachother.

I have one 3 population called HC-3 which is level eight
I also have one 6 population HC-4 which is also level 8
One has 3846 and one hs 3863 experience.

This means that they are the same level, but still i am not able to transfer because when i try it it all the sudden tells me that my HC-4 unit is level 2.

Strange strange.

I find this problem anoying also; if you look at your Console>Military page, it also lists your units levels differently from what the Map shows
