The "person" was known for political involvement.

1. Why do you assume it's a man?
2. If they were known for political involvement, why are you asking questions about what they did?

The person IS Benjamin Franklin. It was getting kind of obvious, wasn't it?

well i kind of asked the inventor engineer thing specifically for ben and tom, edison that is. Is it his kite?

Could be any number of things but i think this is probably his most famous.

Neb, the item would probably harder to figure out without knowing who it belonged to. Especially with as much as it had been narrowed down.

It is Benjamin Franklin's kite! Good job, quickly done!

Next time I'll have a somewhat harder solution for you guys.
See you then!
