with all that is eliminated it HAS to be a type of insect, I'd say... cold blooded, a leg count other than 4 (so I'm assuming more than 4 by now)
let's try to find out exactly how many legs this thing has since that can tell a lot about what type of insect we're dealing with.
does it have 6 legs?
