wouldn't that typically depend on the temperature of the air around it at least to some degree? if you hold something in Russia in the middle of winter, it'll likely feel cold no matter what it is, whereas if you held it in Arizona in the middle of summer, I doubt it would...

kind of an odd question if you ask me

If you put it in water it would float.

It weighs more than 100 pounds.

It's not animal or vegetable so I guess it is mineral...

It is not found in the home.

It has a high albedo.

It is not a satellite.

It is made of ice.
