Can normal troops ever takeover a castle?

Normal troops have never been able to take over a castle as long as I have been here. (5 years)
Marketplace techs don't really do much for you anymore, once you have a marketplace you can get thehigher gold income techs like Government and Empire. | | Gene_ral Joined 4/3/2009
