they are all pretty and I especially liked the looks of Sissel, but Sarah has the higher quality voice.

Better technically yes, but sentimentally? I think Celine gets most tears

Celine's voice has a nice sound, but it is a nasality sound and those little tricks she does with it are because she has to trumpet it through her nose;

whereas Sarah's voice comes straight from her chest, through her tonsils and out of her mouth seemingly effortlessly with high volume and sweet quality ...

she almost doesn't need an orchestra because her voice is like music with very little need for breathing tricks.

I listened to many other versions too.
