Over here in the UK it is usual for the first question to be ....Is it Animal,vegetable or mineral?
And the host of the game would let the players know what the object is ..using those groups
ie if is was a pencil.. the host might say it that it was part veg( the wood part ) and part mineral ( the graphite part)
ie if it was a mexican jumping bean it would be animal and vegetable
ie origano would be just veg
This might make things clearer in the future if you wanted to use this format... just an idea of course, I enjoy this version as well as any other

(Harold1, I agree with you about using animal vegetable mineral classifications first off. I'm not sure if those are one question or two (you'd know by then) but I'm willing to answer as you suggest. The one place that kind of falls down is if the item is fictional, then what is it? Do you go by what the fictional thing would be if it were an actual thing? I'd guess so.) |
